The SNP Alliance Annual Fall Forum will be on October 20th – October 22nd, 2024. We are very excited for Special Needs Plans (SNP) to play a pivotal role in care for persons with complex care needs and this will continue to be critical. SNPs face a rapidly changing care delivery environment as new policy is implemented, payment policy unfolds, and the complex care population and related best clinical practices evolve. Modernization, creative thinking, and non-traditional partnerships will need to be considered in such times of change. Such change comes with challenges as well as the opportunity to innovate and identify new opportunities. The Special Needs Plan Alliance Fall Leadership Form will address key changes head on with our historical attention to technical detail and offer strategies to develop innovative practices and opportunities.
