The Special Needs Plan Alliance is committed to is mission and our unique role as a leadership organization in alignment with our core values:
We embed our mission, culture, and core values into our technical assistance (TA) aimed at developing all three types of Special Needs Plans (SNPs) and organizations in differing points of development – providers or other organizations entering the SNP space, current SNP operators interesting in expanding their SNP portfolio, and general operational support for mature SNPs.
For information on our members-only technical support, please view our SNP Alliance TA Center Overview.

In regarding to working with any partner or consultancy beyond SNP Alliance 101 support, the key value is information exchange, with member permission, from Special Needs Plan Alliance staff who delivered SNP 101 support to ATI Advisory or any organization with whom a SNP Alliance membership should select as partners.
The Special Needs Plan Alliance partners with ATI Advisory for data but does not endorse them as the sole resource for independent consulting. The Special Needs Plan Alliance has no role in ATI Advisory, or other third party, member plan contracting and work.
The Special Needs Plan Alliance has prepared, or compiled, technical resources for SNP education, development and operations. The Alliance also is pleased to partner with ATI Advisory on data resources. Of note, some of our resources are available to the public. However, others are available only to members. These resources will show as locked to non-members. If you would like to access these materials and learn more about Special Needs Plan Alliance membership, click here.
Special Needs Plan Alliance basic education does not constitute business strategic guidance nor formal consultancy services for plan development. I also understand Special Needs Plan Alliance technical support is limited to 101 support and a finite amount of support.
