Data Resources

ATI Advisory provides market data resources to help Special Needs Plan Alliance members, policymakers, and other interested parties better understand SNP enrollment and geographic trends. These resources include:

  • Online, interactive map updated quarterly that allows users to see SNP enrollment by state. Users can filter the map to see all SNP enrollment, SNP type enrollment (C-SNP, D-SNP, I-SNP), and enrollment specifically in SNP Alliance member plans.
  • Three quarterly market data reports provided to Special Needs Plan Alliance members. Members can filter or sort the reports to identify state-level enrollment detail for every SNP in a given state. Reports include organization name, plan type (C-SNP, D-SNP, I-SNP), plan subtype (e.g., type of chronic condition or D-SNP integration status), and enrollment.
  • An annual market data report provided to Special Needs Plan Alliance members. Members can filter or sort the reports to identify state-level enrollment detail for every SNP in a given state. In addition to data fields provided in the quarterly market reports, annual reports include enrollment by dual eligibility status (full dual eligible, partial dual eligible, non-dual eligible).
