Virtual Forum 2026

Special Needs Plans and Practical Use of AI/Data Governance

July 30th, 2026

AI and related Data Governance is a useful tool for enhancing Special Needs Plans’ capacity by eliminating rout activities and expanding plan staff capacity to directly interact with enrollees. However, understanding which AI use cases are viable and how to ensure human touch remains securely in place is key to ensuring successful modernization and expansion of plan capacity. During the July AI Virtual Forum, participants will hear about where AI is delivering real value in SNP operations, CMS expectations in human oversight, and how plans have built governance programs. Additionally, participants will learn from members who have identified high impact meaningful use of AI including Health Risk Assessments, Individual Care Plans, and Customer Satisfaction.  The Virtual Forum is free for Special Needs Plan Alliance members. The non-member registration fee is $100.
